Our client, a local restaurant owner in Cape Girardeau, was rear-ended in a car crash in St. Louis County and suffered significant injuries. We filed a lawsuit against the at-fault driver on our client’s behalf to recover compensation for her suffered injuries. As a result of the crash, our client suffered from headaches, neck pain that radiated, low back pain that radiated, knee, and hip pain. While we tried to resolve the lawsuit early on, the defendant was not fair and reasonable and so we spent hours in the court fighting for our client. Eventually, the at fault driver paid her policy limits to resolve the claims filed against her.
